No you are correct! I listed everything I knew of that was gluten and dairy free whether I used it or not. I created this video as a first step for the shift out of gluten and dairy. I have met a lot of people who needed baby steps. I personally steer clear of processed foods but that is where I started 5 years ago and it made enough of a difference for it to be worth it to me to make the full transition to whole foods.

Hi, I see you are using some processed foods, I had a feeling that no processed food should be used with Children with Autism. Does this mean I know wrong.

  3. servcheryl says:

You are right. Companies change the ingredients in their products sometimes so if it isn’t certified gluten free you should keep checking the labels.

I also googled the ingredients and it does list wheat plain as day

Thank you so much for all the info, I was told that my daughter who just turned three is autistic and that was it. I started to do research on autism and realize that there is something I can do to help my baby, It just angers me so much that the pediatrician didn’t give me any info on what I should do! he just said she needed occupational and speech therapy, when I asked about a diet he said she can eat what ever she wants.

I’m not sure I understand what you are saying.

i wonder if the diet should be based on the spectrum in range of it’s complexity ?

All of these things are GFCF. If you are doing a diet for Autism I would go as natural as possible. I did bring my son out of autism eating this food but I now feed him unprocessed food as much as possible. We try to limit sugar and yeast too. has some great products too. You can even get 15% off and free shipping there. I have a video about that too. Let me know if you have any more questions. I know a lot if you need to know about Autism and learning disabilities. I am happy to help
