Various foods are presented for their minerals, vitamins, proteins, and fats that are required for health. See YouTube video “Food as Nutrients Simplified”.

70% of americans eat at McD every single day and 22% of americans eat some kind of fast food every single day?? I’m weak at maths but I realize that the no of junk foods in McD is less than no of non junk food. Are we missing link somewhere..

Indeed I agree those foods a very, very bad for us and people need to know that it isn’t what they should be eating. But at the same time i think calling it fake food is just as much propaganda as what they’re doing.

something worth considering is that you can GROW whole foods. you cannot grow processed foods. for that case alone, it is most definitely the cheapest option. every region has its own set of whole foods that grow easily naturally. education, such as videos like these and books on urban agriculture, are priceless for those in need of healthy foods on a budget. i can go to a store and buy ORGANIC snacks for a day, all whole foods, and my snacks and lunch for the day is about $5-7. reasonable
